Refund policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds.  The exception to this is if an item is damaged.  In the case of damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report an issue. 

We are happy to offer replacements if we have made an error.  Please double check your information to ensure accuracy before submitting your order.  Custom items are not eligible for return as they were made just for you.
