Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping Policy:

If you are ordering an item that is in stock, the product will be shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 12pm EST.  If the order is placed after 12pm EST, it will be shipped the next business day.  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. 

 

Free Local Pick Up

 

If you are on the Outer Banks of NC, you may pick up your order at Urban Cottage in Duck.  Their address is 1169 Duck Road Duck, NC 27949.  Just select local pickup at checkout.  Be sure to look around their stunning home decor while you're there!

 

Production Time

 

If the item you have ordered is not in stock, your item will be created as quickly as possible.  Production times vary depending on the product.  See each product description.  These can range from a couple days to a couple weeks.  

 

Shipping Cost

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Each item is securely packaged, and insurance is included on each package.  Please let us know if you have any issues.  Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
